He also suggested that it was possible that the status quo regarding CBD and other CBD products will continue for some time.

 

Not all states allow sale of Delta 8 THC derived from hemp plants. Some states allow Delta 8 THC products that are similar to CBD levels of THC, but less than 0.3% THC.To confirm the state's current regulations, it is best to visit each state.
